Stamped concrete contractors in Holly Hill work from an emailed permit
Holly Hill's Building Division oversees every construction job in the city. You email the permit application to its permit desk, and each one needs certificates of general liability and workers comp insurance. Search permits issued from 2024 on in the Civic Access portal. That's also where inspections get requested.
The inspection list matters on this kind of job. The division names Foundation, Slabs, Sheds, Driveway, Sidewalk and Accessory Structures as separate inspection types. So a patio, a driveway and a walk can each carry an inspection of its own, and we plan the pour dates around them. We file the application and book the inspections. You bring the survey and choose the pattern. Our stamped hub page covers the finishes themselves.
Circular stamped driveways and the 65 foot frontage rule
Not every lot here can take a circular driveway. Code Section 90-153 allows a second access point for a circular driveway on a single-family lot with at least 65 feet of frontage. The inside radius is 17 feet unless an engineer signs off on something tighter. Section 90-156 holds a single-family driveway to 24 feet wide. You measure at the curbline, or at the traveled street if there's no curb.
Sections 90-155 and 90-158 cover the rest of the geometry. Keep every driveway 50 feet or more from the intersection of two street right-of-way lines. Leave at least 10 feet between openings. The flare from the right-of-way line to the curb runs at least 30 degrees. Where the driveway opens onto a paved street, the part in the right-of-way must be concrete or another approved permanent paving material built to city engineering specifications. We ask the city whether the pattern is accepted on that section before we price it. A no keeps the pattern on your side of the line.
